LOVE – PEACE – ACCEPTANCE

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to mean “circle” or “centre.” It is a geometric configuration of repeating shapes and patterns radiating from the centre. It is believed that a mandala is an abstract form of Buddha’s mind, which commonly represents jewels, flowers, stars, and other nature-oriented objects. In other spiritual traditions, mandalas represent the universe. They are used to establish a sacred space and to focus one’s attention to aid meditation and induce a trance state.

This lovely Mandala charm is paired with green beads which represents the Heart Chakra. A balanced Heart Chakra would manifest in the ability to give and receive love easily, inner peace and acceptance. Key features of the Mandala Heart Chakra Earrings are:

  • Length approx. 1 ¼ inch (not including ear wire)

Description

Mandala Heart Chakra Earrings

The Mandala Heart Chakra Earrings combine a mandala charm with green African trade beads to form beautiful earrings which are rich with symbolism.

The Mandala

The mandala can be understood in two different ways. One is that it is a representation of the entire universe and the cosmos beyond it. In this case, the centre depicts multiple dimensions of the divine and devotion. The core is then surrounded by multiple circles which represent the cycle of life.

The other depiction is that it is an internal representation of the mind and body. In this way, it can be used as a guide for several practices, such as meditation and to induce trance like states. In Hinduism and Buddhism, the belief is that by entering the mandala and proceeding towards its centre, you are guided through the cosmic process of transforming the universe from one of suffering into one of joy and happiness. About the Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra or “Anahata” in Sanskrit, is located in the centre of the chest, near the heart and is represented by the colour green. It is associated with the heart and thymus gland. It represents love, self-love, and governs our relationships. Imbalanced attributes would be depression, difficulty in relationships, co-dependency, and lack of empathy. On a physiological level, malfunction may manifest as heart and lung problems, respiratory issues and high blood pressure.

A balanced Heart Chakra would manifest in the ability to give and receive love easily, inner peace and acceptance. These earrings look stunning with the Tree of Life Chakra Necklace.
