This session helps you clarify your goals, understand what patterns may be influencing your progress and create practical steps that move you toward greater satisfaction. The aim is to help you create meaningful change where you feel stuck, dissatisfied or ready for growth.
Coaching is collaborative, future focused and action led, and is distinct from an astrology reading. Where relevant, astrology is used to support self-awareness and offer perspective on timing around decisions or change.

Duration & Format: 60-minutes Zoom call.
Includes: Session recording, personalised reflection prompts and an action plan (as appropriate) after each session.
Note: This is not an astrology reading, but incorporates astrology as a supportive tool, as required. It is recommended, but not essential, to have had an astrology reading with me before starting coaching.

Coaching sessions support you in navigating periods of change, uncertainty, or dissatisfaction with greater clarity and follow through. The focus is on what you want to move toward, what may be influencing your progress, and what realistic steps make sense now.

Coaching is collaborative and client led. We work with your goals, values, and current circumstances rather than offering advice or prescriptions. Astrology is incorporated where it adds useful context, such as highlighting habitual patterns, decision making styles, or timing considerations that may affect your progress.

This is not an astrology reading, and it is not therapy. The emphasis is on practical navigation, accountability, and conscious choice.

Important information for Life Navigation Coaching Session:

– If you’d like me to refer to your birth chart, you will need your accurate birth time for this session. If you don’t have a time, or if you don’t wish to incorporate any astrological insights, we can still proceed with the coaching.

– Life navigation coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. Please ensure Zoom is installed and functioning on the device you plan to use.

How to book a coaching session and make payment

1. Purchase your selected coaching session via the website. All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). Secure payment can be made from any country using a debit or credit card.

2. After completing your purchase, please complete the Client Questionnaire. The form is also available as a PDF download which you can complete and email to me. This will ask about your current situation, goals, and any areas you would like to focus on during the session.

If you have previously had an astrology reading with me, or would like astrology to be integrated into the session where relevant, you will also have the option to provide your birth details.

3. Once payment and your completed questionnaire have been received, I will contact you with available dates and times for your Zoom session, aligned with your current time zone.
