For orders within Nairobi, your order will be delivered in person or via a tracked rider service. For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, we use Fargo Courier delivery service. For orders outside Kenya, we use DHL (or equivalent) courier service (depending on your location), and we shall provide you with the parcel tracking number once dispatched. SHIKHAZURI offers free worldwide shipping on orders over KES 20,000 unless otherwise stated in any promotional offers we send to you if you have subscribed to our mailing list, or which may be shown on this website from time to time. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be added to the cost of your order and will be shown on your screen before you confirm your order. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may dispatch the items separately to avoid excess customs charges and additional shipping fees. Should this happen, we will communicate with you via email and provide you with multiple tracking numbers.
While we offer worldwide shipping, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, duties or taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. SHIKHAZURI does not have information on customs, duties or taxes and we are not able to estimate these charges.

Many of the materials used in SHIKHAZURI jewellery are original, handmade, old or antique pieces and have often changed many hands before being incorporated into our one of a kind pieces and artisan jewellery. Some items may have small flaws due to their age and travel over great distances during their lifetime and may have been repaired using materials locally available to the owner at the time. These conditions should not be viewed as defects, but instead considered to add to the item’s beauty and authenticity and attest to its value as an original and unique item. Please read the item description carefully and look at all photos closely, or request more details before confirming your order.
