Can I order an item that is indicated as “SOLD” in the EKA Range?
All of the items sold within the EKA range are one of a kind pieces and we usually only have single or limited numbers of certain beads, stones and artefacts. Even if we do have the materials to re-create an item, we are unable to create something identical in order to honour the individuality of each piece. However, we would be happy to discuss creating something similar, if possible. Please get in touch and we will do our best to do what we can for you.
Do you do repair work?
Request for repairs for items purchased under the Eka Range will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. Please note that some of the beads, pendants and artefacts that we use are many years old, and might not be able to be restored to their original condition if it breaks, cracks or chips in whole or in part, or if a component becomes dislodged. Also, due to the one of a kind nature of our pieces, we might not be able to replace a specific component with another identical one. Please contact us for any repair enquiries and supply us with pictures of the repair work required, and we will get back to you as soon as we can to discuss the best way forward.
We will not be able to repair a piece that has been previously repaired by another jeweller, nor can we repair items that we have not created.
