ORDER FULFILMENT, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope that you will love your purchases from SHIKHAZURI. Due to safety and hygiene reasons and in light of Covid 19 protocols, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns on any of our products. However if your order arrives in damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can resolve the issue or offer you a refund. The item must be unworn, and all of the original packaging and invoice must be included and packed securely and safely in a hard box. Please contact us by email at sales@shikhazuri.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and we shall advise you of the return address. Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. Note that all items are the property of the customer until they have been received and checked by SHIKHAZURI. For your security, we recommend that you use an insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for and will not be able to process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error. We shall notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. SHIKHAZURI products that have been gifted or purchased via any other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through shikhazuri.com.

MATERIALS DISCLAIMER

Many of the materials used in SHIKHAZURI jewellery are original, handmade, old or antique pieces and have often changed many hands before being incorporated into our one of a kind pieces and artisan jewellery. Some items may have small flaws due to their age and travel over great distances during their lifetime and may have been repaired using materials locally available to the owner at the time. These conditions should not be viewed as defects, but instead considered to add to the item’s beauty and authenticity and attest to its value as an original and unique item.
