I have an issue with my order, how do I contact you?

Please email me with your order number and details of the issue. I aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours during business days.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so that I can assess the issue in line with the Returns and Refunds Policy on the Terms of Service page.

What currency are the products on your website sold in?

Australian Dollars (AUD). You can make payment using your credit card from anywhere in the world and the payment provider will convert your currency.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

SHIKHAZURI is currently not registered for GST. Prices displayed do not include GST.

Do you ship internationally?

Jewellery orders are currently shipped within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and are interested in purchasing a piece, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss shipping availability and costs.

Will I be charged customs duties for international orders?

If international shipping is arranged on a case by case basis, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery times.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Jewellery is placed in a fabric pouch, along with relevant product information and a story card. I take every care to pack it securely for transit.

Is the jewellery shown on your website exactly the same as the piece I will receive?

One of a kind items are single pieces only. The item shown is the exact piece you will receive.

Items within other collections are representative of current stock. As each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, finish, or detail may occur.

I make every effort to display colours accurately, however screen displays vary and we cannot guarantee exact colour representation. Dimensions are provided in each product description to assist with scale.

Where is your jewellery made?

All of my jewellery is currently handmade by me in my home studio in Perth, WA.

Do you take wholesale orders?
