About the Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra or “Svadhisthana” in Sanskrit, is located below the navel and is represented by the colour orange. It represents creativity, sexuality and self-expression. It is associated with the reproductive system, kidneys and bladder. Imbalanced attributes would be lack of or repressed creativity, sexual dysfunction, withheld intimacy, insecurity and emotional isolation.
