MATERIALS DISCLAIMER
Many of the materials used in SHIKHAZURI jewellery are original, handmade, vintage or antique components. These materials may have passed through multiple owners before being incorporated into our one of a kind and artisan jewellery pieces.
As a result of their age, history and previous use, some components may display signs of wear, surface marks, patina, or historical repairs carried out using materials available at the time. These characteristics are inherent to the nature of vintage and antique materials and should not be considered defects. Such features are part of the story, authenticity and individuality of each piece, and contribute to its unique character and value.
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description and images provided, and to request additional information prior to purchasing if clarification is required. Normal characteristics associated with vintage or antique materials, as disclosed in product descriptions or visible in imagery, do not qualify as faults for the purpose of returns or refunds.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
